SHIPPING & RETURNS

1.PRICE

1.1. The prices of the products displayed on the website are expressed in euros, including VAT. The final and total purchase price consists of the sum of the price of the product, VAT. and the cost of shipping and delivery of products by couriers. The customer acknowledges that confirming the purchase order will be required to pay the final price. The User will be notified of the final price before he is asked to confirm the order by selecting the “COMPLETE ORDER” button.

1.2. If the products are to be delivered outside the European Union, the shipment of the order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected when the products arrive in their destination country. The relevant charges for customs clearance and / or for any taxes imposed by the legislation of the country of shipment of the order, are borne exclusively by the customer.

1.3. The User selects the products he wishes, confirms that he has been informed of these terms and privacy policy by selecting the corresponding field and proceeds with the payment in order to complete the order.

1.4. As soon as the Company becomes aware of the order, it must send an e-mail containing a summary of it, which is simply an acknowledgment by the Company that it has received the order. The contract is considered concluded as soon as the Customer receives an official order and confirmation of shipment by email, which must be made within forty eight (48) hours from the receipt of the order.

2.METHOD OF TRADITION

2.1. LILA NOVA will deliver the products, which have been ordered by the customer and will be confirmed by her at the address stated in the order form. Delivery will be made within 14 days from the Order Confirmation. Delivery time and shipping costs are as follows:

In cases of inaccessible destinations, where the delivery of the goods cannot be done at home or during the delivery attempt the recipient was not found at the place, then the receipt must be made by the buyer at the nearest courier store.

2.2. For orders of products that are not ready for delivery and are manufactured by special order or are configured according to the instructions and wishes of the Customer, the period of 14 days does not apply. The User will be informed with the Confirmation of the Order for the period of time that will be required for the shipment of the order. If he wishes to know this before completing the Order, he will contact either by phone or by email with LILA NOVA.

2.3. Upon receipt of the products, the Customer verifies that the packaging and the product or products are intact and that the delivered products correspond to those stated in the Order Confirmation. The customer must also immediately report any breach or damage to the packaging and / or product. 3.RIGHT TO REPLACEMENT

3.1. If for any reason the Customer wishes to return the product he has ordered, he may return it within 14 calendar days from the date of his physical possession.

3.2. The Customer should send an email stating his decision and wish to withdraw from the contract and attach the Order Confirmation, clear photos of the product, with all its tabs, just as he received it, without being used, worn out, altered or treated

in any way. For political reasons only and in order for LILA NOVA to ensure the best service and the highest quality in its products, the User is requested to state the reasons for withdrawal, if he wishes.

3.3. LILA NOVA is obliged to respond within the next working day and to approve the return of the product, if there is no prohibitive reason.

3.4. As soon as LILA NOVA receives the product, it will check that it is intact and unused, that it bears all the labels and if the User has complied with the Terms of this Policy, he is obliged to return to the User the total amount he paid for the purchase of the returned product.

3.5. LILA NOVA in case of withdrawal will return the amount received for the purchased product (except delivery costs) within 14 days from the date on which it received the product in its original condition, without any alteration on them and the packaging where it exists. The refund will be made to a bank account indicated by the Customer, which will be charged with shipping and return costs.

3.6. Returns are not allowed and will not be accepted

(a) in products that have been manufactured following orders, or have been modified at the customer’s discretion.

(b) in swimwear and underwear

(c) in discount items

3.7. If the product is defective or not ordered or the description and / or display on the Website was incorrect, then the return costs will be borne by LILA NOVA.

4.RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1. LILA NOVA is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the order or non-delivery of the products due to force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, earthquakes, floods, etc.

4.2. LILA NOVA is not liable to the Customer for any delayed communication or delay in the delivery of the order or non-delivery of the products due to technical problems related to the infrastructure and operation of the internet and communications in general, unless it has shown fraud or gross negligence. 

4.3. LILA NOVA is not responsible for fraudulent or unauthorized use of credit cards or other payment methods by third parties, as long as it proves that it has taken all possible precautions in accordance with best practices and relied on the usual diligence in transactions.

4.4. LILA NOVA is not responsible for the incorrect issuance of accounting and tax documents and for delays and / or non-performed deliveries or for any additional costs incurred by the Customer due to false or incorrect data provided by him.

4.5. LILA NOVA is not responsible for the unavailability of any product.
